Announcing Your Site with iWeb 09
When you publish or update your iWeb site, you have a built-in option to advertise your site to people you know. With just a click, you can send an announcement email that includes a link to your site and updates about recent modifications, if applicable. Here’s how to take advantage of this feature.
PUBLISH YOUR SITE

First, you’ll need to publish your new or updated site. To do so, simply click the Publish Site button on the iWeb toolbar.
ANNOUNCE YOUR SITE

After your site has been uploaded and published, a pop-up window will appear. It will confirm that your site has been published, and ask if you want to announce it. Click the Announce button.
SEND YOUR ANNOUNCEMENT EMAIL

After you click the Announce button, iWeb will automatically launch your email program and open a new message that contains the details of your site. Simply add your contacts to the message, customize the text if you’d like, and send it off to announce your site.
